If you have never been to the" NORTH SHORE" of Staten Island's pride and joy you must visit !!
Snug Harbor Cultural Center is certainly Staten Island's pride !! On a recent visit I was reminded of how determination and hardwork
can only produce something as magnificent as this fabulous Cultural Center. Restorations have been on going for 30 years to develop a
regional arts center housing myriad museums and art programs.
This giant insect greets you at the entrance of the Staten Island Children Museum.
I was standing under this fabulous tree arch in the Botanical Gardens at Snug Harbor, and then I wandered off to check out all the wonderful gardens throughout this 83 acre property.
This lush garden is located at the Carl Grillo Glasshouse Botanical Garden within Snug Harbor. The visit to Snug Harbor Cultural Center in Staten Island's "NORTH SHORE" community is definitely worth the trip for refreshing your Mind ,Body and Soul !
